The Ecosoft Standard PRO reverse osmosis water filter is covered by a 2-year warranty, providing peace of mind and reliable long-term performance. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the date of purchase.

To maintain the validity of the warranty, the system must be serviced in accordance with the recommended maintenance schedule using genuine replacement filters. Filter cartridges, reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, and other consumable components are excluded from the warranty, as they are designed for periodic replacement. Failure to replace the filters and membrane according to the recommended maintenance schedule may reduce system performance and will void the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, freezing, accidents, or failure to follow the manufacturer's installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.

The warranty does not cover consumable components, including filter cartridges and reverse osmosis (RO) membranes, as these are designed to be replaced as part of the system's regular maintenance schedule.

Replacing the filter cartridges on time ensures consistently pure, great-tasting drinking water while maintaining the system's ability to remove contaminants such as PFAS, chlorine, heavy metals, bacteria, sediment, and other impurities.

The lifespan of each filter cartridge depends on the quality of incoming tap water and household's water consumption. Under normal conditions, the system should be serviced regularly, with a maximum recommended service life of up to 1 year from the installation date. Replacing the complete set of filter cartridges typically takes approximately 30 minutes.

Important Maintenance Guidelines

• Designed for use with municipally treated tap water only.
• Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
• Replace the filter cartridges according to the recommended maintenance schedule to ensure optimal filtration performance and water quality.
• If the system will not be used for an extended period, turn off the water supply to help protect the reverse osmosis system.
• If the filter has been unused for a prolonged period, replace all filter cartridges before returning the system to service to ensure safe, hygienic, and high-quality drinking water.
